Add social media icons to your email signature

I was asked by one of my blog readers how to add social media icons to your email signature. ( See post, how to create an email signature in MS Outlook ) So I have created this quick blog post in order to help you guys out with how it is done.

How to add social media icons to your email signature on MS outlook for Mac computers

As previously stated in the other blog post I would recommend using a text editor to create your signature.. This will allow you to style the signature with very little need to know about basic html.

I recommend using the Textedit that comes with a Mac computer. Once you open this insert the logo and the necessary details you want to include download the social media buttons here.

Stage 2 : –

copy one of these buttons (cmd + c ) below depending which one you need and paste it directly into the text editor below your signature.

facebook icon

– Facebook

– Twittertwitter icon

linkedin icon

– LinkedIn

( Please note : you may need to enter a space before pasting an extra icon next to the previous one or it might overwrite the icon that is already there )
